  1. Eligibility for Returns

 

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange. The only items eligible for exchange are items that were delivered damaged in transit, or items that were delivered with a manufacturing defect. 

 

  1. Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided along with an image emailed to orders@f5brandingcompany.com

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

 

  • The following items are final sale and non-refundable:
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Discounted clearance items
  • Gift cards

 

  1. Exchange Process

 

F5 Branding Co. will review your emailed picture to determine eligibility for an exchange. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, F5 Branding Co. will notify you via email if the exchange has been approved, at which time a new item will be shipped to you.

 

  1. Shipping Costs

Customers approved for an exchange will receive a return label emailed to them by F5 Branding Co.
